Annette Booth
Agency Owner
With more than 18 years as a licensed Allstate agent, Annette has led Booth Insurance Agency since 2009. Her team of eight helps Washington families and businesses find personalized auto, home, business, life, and other insurance coverage—with a focus on relationships, not just policies.
Skagit County is home, and Annette proudly supports the Skagit Humane Society, Skagit Land Trust, and Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County, where she served on the board for six years.
Outside work, she enjoys traveling, the beach, and time with her husband and their five adopted rescue dogs. Their four-legged family members occasionally visit the Burlington office to greet clients—some of whom come prepared with dog treats!
With over a decade of insurance experience, Alix is passionate about helping others and making a positive impact locally. She brings empathy, reliability, and a collaborative spirit to every customer interaction. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors with her husband, son, and dogs.

Stephen Delligatti is the Agency Manager at Booth Insurance Agency, bringing more than 30 years of experience in management and customer service, along with several years in the insurance industry. He draws on his extensive leadership background to develop strong teams, build lasting customer relationships, and ensure clients receive knowledgeable, personalized service. Originally from Las Vegas, Stephen enjoys spending time on the water, boating with his family.

Teresa moved to Mount Vernon in 2013 and joined our team in 2014. She helps customers with property and life insurance, and is fluent in Spanish. Outside of work, she loves hiking, drawing, and spending time with her family.

Hi, I’m Michael, Booth Insurance Agency’s Marketing Manager. I work remotely from the Philippines, where I manage the agency’s marketing campaigns and website, and I pitch in on admin tasks wherever I can help. Outside of work, I love going on rides and living an active life.
